Parkhill Cloud is a boutique engineering consultancy. We work primarily with enterprise organisations navigating the hard parts of cloud native adoption, but we take on engagements of any size where our expertise is the right fit.

Our approach

We are engineers, not advisers. Every engagement is staffed by senior practitioners who have designed, built, and operated production systems at scale, rather than delegated to a bench of juniors. We embed directly with your teams, work in your codebases and pipelines, and leave behind systems and practices your engineers can own and extend long after we’re gone.

We are deliberately technology-agnostic. Our experience spans AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem, and hybrid environments, with deep expertise in Kubernetes and the broader CNCF ecosystem. We recommend what’s right for your constraints, not what’s easiest for us to sell.

Our background is rooted in highly regulated environments, primarily banking and insurance, where security, compliance, and operational resilience aren’t optional extras but hard requirements.
